  Rupa was very helpful. She was friendly, attentive. The service was as good as service can be. I would certainly be come here again.

  As many others have said, the folks here are very friendly. We were welcomed in by Rupa, and even though she was very busy, she helped us immediately and took time out to chat with us. Rupa is a relatively new owner of this location is obviously working very hard to make a success of it. Rupa’s team offer such a wide range of services in a very convenient location for all downtown workers/dwellers, and also for any visitors staying in nearby hotels. We highly recommend this UPS location, as it’s always good to support a hard working local business owner 👍

  I love this UPS location! All of the people (hi Victoria) that work there at INCREDIBLE! They go above and beyond taking care of everything that my family needs and they are the most lovely human beings! Thank you all!

  I want here for an Amazon return. The process was extremely quick and easy. I want to put a good word in for the staff. I witnessed them dealing with a couple of difficult to borderline rude customers ahead of me in line. The staff remained professional, courteous and effectively performed their duties.
