I thought it was a joke at first but no, they wanted the money for that 8 inches of tape that I didn't even get to see put on the box I brought in for my return. Never had this happen from any other UPS or authorized Amazon shipper, but idk maybe I'm the problem? Also to be clear it isn't about the money, it's the principle. Kindness, empathy, and common sense go a long way.
