  Do NOT make Amazon returns here! You will have problems, they won't scan your returns. You can verify by other reviews that this store has this pattern. Never in the history of Amazon returns have I ever run into this issue, but now I can say I have. Look at these ignorant owner responses to every negative store experience too. That should tell you the level of "professionalism" that this place uses. That should tell you everything you need to know. There is another UPS store over by Costco, they don't have problems returning merchandise or keeping track of it. I suggest you go there instead, unless you want Amazon to not receive your returns or ever have them scanned in at all.

  The people at this UPS Store in San Diego are super friendly and helpful! Make all my shipping needs super easy! Several times they have gone above and beyond to help me!! Been using this Store for over 5 years and will continue to do so!! The folks are Great!

  Lady wouldn't give me any clear adhesive envelopes for custom documentation and said I had to pay for them when they're literally free? And that I had to order them myself and have it shipped when every other UPS store I've been to they were just sitting on the counter for you take. Ridiculous customer service with false information

  Hey, so I just sent back my Bedjet, like 10-15 minutes ago. But the sales rep in the store was being super rude. I asked her for help with my label, and she kept saying it was my job since it was a prepaid label. So I stuck the label on the package, and she just ripped it off right away, saying she couldn't scan it. I politely asked her for some tape to secure the package since I saw her taping up the guy's package before me. But she straight-up refused and said it was my responsibility because it was a prepaid label. I told her I wasn't leaving the store until she taped up my box since it was already in her hands, but she kept saying no and that there were people waiting behind me. I ended up calling customer service to complain about her attitude.
