  This UPS Store needs better customer service etiquette and not ask for a positive reviews. One of the employees was just on their phone behind the register for a good minute. Once I was helped they asked for a positive review in exchange for free prints. Awkward interaction.

  Lisa helped us today with 10 large boxes we are shipping cross-country for our move and she was SO helpful, sweet, kind, and patient. I am so pleased with our service and am so thankful for her today during a stressful part of our move! Lisa deserves all the praise!!

  Lisa was fantastic! Everytime I come in she greets your pleasantly and although I don’t talk a lot you cannot help but be jovially conversant with Lisa. She handles packages with care and kindness.

  The customer service was on point. I came in 10 minutes to closing without realizing how much time it would take to send my package, having to deconstruct it and weigh every little item for mailing to a particular address. Rene and Hailey were very patient and understanding despite having to take an extra 25 minutes after closing, which I greatly appreciated.
