This UPS location has a friendly staff. Their notary Debbie provided excellent customer service. She was very polite and made the process for my aunt and uncle go smoothly. Thank you Debbie!

Customer service representative insisting to use the kiosk but there's not really that much customers in the store. It's up to the customer if they wanted to use it or not. they shouldn't do that to customers.

Extremely disappointing experience. I arranged for my friend to pick up my package while I was away on a business trip and provided both a written authorization letter and direct phone consent. The staff still refused to release the package. What made it worse was that I was specifically told they would hold my package for two weeks until I returned. I relied on that information, but it turned out not to be true, which caused me unnecessary trouble while I was traveling. The staff were also rude and completely unhelpful throughout the process. I understand that stores have security policies, but giving customers inaccurate information and refusing to work with reasonable authorization is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this UPS Store location.
