  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. Michelle and Hunter were probably the most helpful and friendly UPS staff I’ve ever met. They helped me take my passport photos and made the entire shipping process smooth and stress-free. They were both incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to solve every issue that came up. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and outstanding problem-solving skills really stood out. I truly appreciate your help and highly recommend this UPS Store!

  I’ve been coming here regularly for quite a while, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. Michele and staff go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, and it’s clear they truly value the people who support their business.   I live in Scripps Ranch and wish this UPS location’s customer service matched the level of professionalism provided by the other businesses in the neighborhood. On several occasions I've witnessed and personally experienced rude, sharp, and unfriendly behavior. The negative service reviews are unfortunately accurate. I often choose to drive across town to another location because the experience there is consistently more professional. I know very well that everyone has bad days but customerfacing staff should always remain respectful and professional. Unfortunately repeated poor interactions at this ups have and are disappointing and unacceptable.

  We stopped by this UPS Store while visiting from out of town because we needed to ship something to a family member in another state. We also had a few Amazon returns sitting in our car, so we decided to take care of everything at once. Michele and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, patient, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole experience. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. We left so impressed with how helpful everyone was. If we lived anywhere nearby, we would gladly go out of our way to use this location again. Highly recommend this team and this store!
