  **One star because zero isn’t an option.** My mailbox was closed and my mail was returned without any prior notice, despite having a payment card on file. I specifically remember updating my payment information within the last few months because the card previously on file had expired. At no point after that was I notified that my payment had failed, that my account was in arrears, or that my mailbox was at risk of being closed. I check my mail about once a month, and during my visits, no one mentioned any issue with my account. I received **no email, phone call, or other notification** that there was an outstanding balance or a problem with my payment information. I only discovered that my mailbox had been closed after the fact, when my mail had already been returned. I have also emailed them to confirm **which payment method they actually had on file**, and I have received no response to that either. I have repeatedly tried to get basic information about my account and, more importantly, find out where my mail was sent. **No one is responding.** Closing a customer’s mailbox and returning their mail without prior communication is a serious customer-service failure. If there was a payment problem, I should have been given an opportunity to resolve it before my mailbox was closed and my mail was returned. At minimum, customers should be notified when an account falls into arrears—especially when payment information was recently updated. And when a customer reaches out with legitimate questions about their payment, account, and returned mail, **someone should actually respond.** This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. **Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.**

  Don’t come here to print, they don’t have the “apps” to make anything fit a regular piece of paper to size which seems, impossible in the year 2026 considering a literal phone can do it but ok. Employees were super nice

  I always have the best experience at this UPS store. It’s often very busy, but the staff are always friendly, calm, and knowledgeable. Big B helped me today and I had a lot of packages. He was awesome! I also overheard the other employee helping someone over the phone. He was great too! I love this staff. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up! You’ve got great staff!

  I really love this UPS location! The staff are always so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, and I always have such a great experience here. Highly recommend this location! 🤍

  Staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful when I came in, not having a clue how to process a return for Home Depot. Super nice guys! Highly recommend giving them your business!
