  I visited this UPS location today for notary services for the first time in five or six years, and I was extremely disappointed. The manager has changed and is now someone named Audree, and her customer service was terrible. Both her explanations and her attitude were poor, and she clearly needs to improve her professional demeanor. What was most upsetting was the clear difference in how she treated customers. To a male customer/acquaintance, she was extremely friendly with a high-pitched, cheerful voice, laughing and chatting about trivial things like, “You didn’t bring me a BBQ lunch?!” To me, however, her attitude was incredibly cold and dismissive. Despite the fact that I suffer from lower back pain, she did not offer any accommodation. I had to ask her myself to borrow a desk, and even then, she continued to chat with the man the entire time, completely ignoring me while I was trying to review my paperwork. I wanted to make sure I did not make any mistakes on my paperwork, so it took me a little extra time to carefully check everything. Instead of being patient, Audree said nothing to me and just left for lunch right in the middle of my transaction. Another employee then told me, “She’ll be back from lunch in about 10 minutes.” I was shocked that she would abandon a customer without a word. She did return after a short time, but the experience was extremely unpleasant. When I asked who the manager was, I was even more shocked to learn it was Audree herself. She clearly has no respect for customer service. I will never come to this UPS location again. They need a decent and professional new manager.

  Came in to print time sensitive documents. Was directed to email. At no point did any of the 4 staff tell me there was a print computer fee of $3.00 per email. It was written but not expressed and is predatory. They only told me after printing and then only told me that I could have emailed in a single email. Poor customer training and service. Will not return.

  They keep charging me for $30-60 for packaging and my packages always arrive destroyed. $30-60 for something that costs $2-3 at Uline. You'll send your automated reply about how "sorry" you are, but at the end of the day you won't cover the damages anyway.

  Definitely recommend! Even though they were busy, were helpful, friendly and efficient.
