  I always come to this UPS Store because everyone is so friendly and helpful. Andrei shipped my package very quickly and was incredibly kind and professional. The whole team provides great customer service!

  Used to be the go to for Amazon returns, they rejected my package this time because the box wasn’t packed to their standards? even though it was exactly as received from Amazon, sealed with my tape, etc. This is exactly as received from Amazon. I called Amazon and they confirmed as long as I sealed the box and removed the old label, UPS has to accept it. NOPE! They demanded a different form of packaging. Amazon admitted it’s basically an upselling scam some UPS franchises use to sell boxes and said they would investigate. I’ve mailed 100s of Amazon items from this store this same way with the other employees. This new lady they hired is now just rejecting everything….lazy doesn’t want to do her job. I took it to a different UPS store and they took it no problem!!!! Len, get your employees under control this is ridiculous….

  Wonderful service and great people! I highly recommend this UPS Store location. Len, the manager and notary public, was incredibly helpful with preparing a document I needed to get apostilled and sent to Europe. He was patient, thorough, and helped me re-do the document to ensure everything was absolutely perfect for the acceptance. The staff here, including Andrey, are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome right away. It is a great feeling to support a business run by such good people. We also regularly use them for color prints for our kids' school projects, and the quality is always excellent.

  I love this UPS Store.. I Prefer it over my local UPS store because they are so friendly here. Everyone is very easy to work with but James in particular is my favorites person to work with especially if I have a big shipment. James Is efficient and incredibly friendly And keeps the ball rolling, doing his Job while maintaining a conversation. There is such an easy lightness to the store that it’s a nice place to take your your packages. Nobody wants to have to go ship packages, but if you have to, this is the place to take them.

  carrie was so helpful with all my returns & was super patient with me while i pulled up the labels & asked her to print additional labels! you don’t always get great service carrie & this ups store is always has outstanding service! easy to want to make returns with great customer service! thank you carrie & team!
