    Marcos went the extra mile for us. We had 3 separate transactions and many devices including printing something that had to be downloaded from chat gpt. He easily combined them all. He didn’t rush us and provided excellent, calm and friendly service. We appreciated his businesslike but attentive approach very much. Thank you Marcos and the UPS STORE.

    The lady that took care of me was very helpful. She knew what she was doing. Measured and packed my item properly. I received it back a couple of weeks later and it was in great shape. Thanks to the UPS store.

    The Benjamin. Yeah, but for real, Benjamin’s personality was awesome. Lots of people coming in they don’t have time for anything and he’s just really kind of lighthearted and uplifting above the whole thing. He asked me what I was trying to do and then figure out the best way to make it happen. Just before he helped me he was helping somebody that had a really really bad attitude and was super patient with them. It’s taking me like a week and a half to do this, but I thought about it this morning and found my receipt. I’m probably gonna nominate him for the Nobel prize. Also, I just moved across the street and might transfer my box from PB if it turns out to be possible. He’s great.
