  I dropped off a package on April 13 and asked to be transferred to USPS. It had a Postal Service label on my package. The Postal Service never received the package, even though a tracking number was created, my buyer still has not received the item. When I have spoken to both the manager and district manager about the problem, they both promised to call me within a day or two. This is not happened. The communication is very poor and I am really wondering what actually happened to my package. This is not a good business model.

  I’m not always a fan of doing reviews, especially these days when customer service is waning. However., I always have really good customer service here UPS. I only use UPS I don’t go to any other office. I can always count on the people. They’re being really nice, especially Benjamin. I am fortunate to have him help me when I need to use your store. He’s a really good employee and makes it a very easy and comfortable experience. Anyway it’s hard to find that these days.

  Management needs to ensure proper staffing so at least two employees are available. I have a mailbox and was waiting in the priority line then was told to go in the regular line which was out the door. Not the end of the world but this defeats the whole purpose of having a box and being told to stand in a different line for faster service. I should not have to wait 30 mins for a simple package pickup. This falls on management not the employee who was doing his best and apologized for the excessive wait.
