- MSMarcy Van Stee3 days ago5.0The staff. Both Nina and Landon were so helpful. My company had advised me to go to any UPS store to have my computer packaged and shipped. They made a mistake as the UPS store near me does not package items up. I was very frustrated, however both Nina and Landon were very kind and helpful. They work in a very high paced environment and stay very calm and kind even when the customers are flustered and frustrated. I could not give them high enough praise. Anyone would be happy to have them on their staff.

I came in feeling extremely overwhelmed and frustrated after dealing with an Amazon return issue. Despite that, the staff showed me nothing but patience, kindness, and grace. They took the time to explain everything, helped me figure out my next steps, and even helped me load everything back into my car when I wasn't able to complete the drop-off. It's clear they've dealt with situations like this before, and they handled it with professionalism and empathy. I also want to make it clear that any frustration I showed was directed at the situation—not at the employees who were trying to help me. Customer service like this is rare, and I left feeling much better than when I arrived. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for going above and beyond to help me when I needed it.
