  Currently trying to resolve an issue of a missing phone that I was trading in with my phone carrier. I used the carrier's return packaging and pre-printed slip. Thankfully I got a receipt and the tracking info shows I dropped it off and then nothing more. It has now been over three weeks and the package never arrived. It was very evident there was a phone inside. It would seem that either a store employee intercepted the package or the driver did not scan the package to avoid taking possession. Whatever the case, this location and/or UPS has operational issues. In my opinion, I'm assuming that there some theft involved in their process. Shipper be warned, always get a receipt and make sure you have adequate insurance coverage. Response to Owner: I had reached out to the store and they only gave me a phone number to call. The store employee was not otherwise helpful. I was given the indication this happens regularly, especially with phone return packages. Still almost a month since dropping off the package and no resolution. The store has verification they took possession of the package and UPS does not have record. You can draw your own conclusions but generally the simplest is many times the most correct.

  The attendant was dismissive, irritable and lacked customer service. I thought it was just her style to not be cordial until two different male customers came in and she turned into an entirely different person. She greeted them with a smile, thanked them for their business and bid them a cheerful farewell. She treated me like a nuisance from the moment I walked in. I asked her what it was about me that she didn't like immediately that I would be treated with such disdain. I felt really bad going there and will not use their service again. Perhaps she is not LGBTQI2S+ friendly or perhaps she is not fond of tall Native Americans. I have no idea why there was such a marked difference in how she treated me with impatient slightly ride behavior. Don't go here unless you are a Latino male.

  The worst customer service one can provide. Visit #1 - the man (Brad?) tells me he is unable to help me, asks me to come back another day. Visit #2 another day - the woman says she CAN help me, but requests for a document, which I don't have, and sends me away, suggesting I can come back on Sunday, because they're open. OK, so I'm back on Sunday with a document, visit #3 - there he is the same man who says again he's unable to help me! Tells me to come back another day! I get home, call the number to get manager's contact details. The man picks up the phone, tells me he knows who I am and hangs up. Rude, incompetent, terrible staff. Owner, what are you thinking? Are you not embarrassed?
