    I used to only have positive experiences at this UPS store, and I’d always see the really nice employee who always has the one AirPod in. But I haven’t seen her in a while. The newer older woman is rude and always in a bad mood. She scolded me to go to “the first register” (the one I was standing at anyway?) and then walked over to me. She kept saying, “let me see it,” which apparently she was referring to the item I was returning that was right in front of her face. But since she was making such a big fuss, I assumed she must have meant the serial number barcode in my email, so I was looking for it and she ran out of patience. So anyway, I’m trying to return the item to AT&T and she scans it and says that the system won’t take it and that I need to call AT&T to have another shipping label printed because I’m not coming up in the system. Well I walked into another ups store and was done in 30 seconds. They scanned it and took it and gave me my receipt no issues. So she was just trying to create more hassle for me.

    Went in and needed just a luggage tag which they don’t make any money on and the person was very friendly and helpful. A+ store!

    Carly. I hope that's how it's spelled. Lol. The photo master, was so nice and super helpful. She went out of her way to help me out with a photo I was trying to blow up. If anyone higher up sees this, please give her a raise!!

    Huge shoutout to Brad and Carly. I had a camera shipped here but couldn’t pick it up for a while and they held it safely for about 40 days without any issues. They really understood the situation and took care of it. Just picked it up and everything was perfect. Really appreciate the help.
