  There was a college girl working at the counter around 2PM this Friday and I can’t express how kind and helpful she was. I was extremely worried about getting an expensive item returned and if it would be possible and she made it effortless. I didn’t get her name but she was extremely helpful and kind

  I recently visited your store to make some Amazon returns. One of the returns required a bag or box while the other was fine as is. I had the bag the item came in which was just a clear bag. Mind you, I've gone to other locations where the worker has told me that throwing the item in a shopping bad was fine too. However, this time around I encountered some issues with the man at the front. He was reluctant to even see what I needed when I first walked in the store. The other woman that was there was on the phone at the time so it was only him that was able to assist me (I was the only customer in the store). He was very rude in his explanation and continuously cut me off when I was trying to explain my interaction at the other store. He spoke to me as though I were an idiot (I don't know who pissed him off that morning). Whatever it was, he needs better training if he insists on being in the customer service industry. He went on to say in the rudest possible way, "Well you don't need to return the item here if it's a problem". Again I've gone to other locations where the customer service is way more helpful in situations such as these and actually work with the customer to find a resolution. And the fact that he works at the SDSU location where he will be working with thousands of students in a matter of a few days when they're back on campus should be a cause for concern. Unfortunately I did not get a name because I was too upset to make eye contact with him but he was a little shorter with colored eyes if I'm not mistaken.

  I’ve been using this UPS Store for years for all kinds of business printing, including printed materials, signs, and even custom shirts. They’ve consistently done a great job and have become my go-to whenever I need something made. The team is reliable, helpful, and easy to work with, and the quality has always been excellent. Whether it’s a small print job or something more customized, I know I can count on them to get it done right. Highly recommend them for both everyday printing and custom business materials!

  I came to this UPS to make copies and get my passport pictures done. We waited for like 20 minutes to get our pictures done and when it was our turn the guy who helped us pulled out a backdrop with terrible lighting and began to take our pictures WITH AN IPAD. I was confused on why they were taking our photos with an Ipad when we came to get professional passport photos. When we went to the passport place they told us it was most likely they were going to reject the photos so we had to pay again to take our pictures done with an ACTUAL CAMERA. Below you can see the difference in lighting and clearness. Don’t get your passport pictures taken here.
