Jenaya and Alex went above and beyond in helping me get some packages before my international flight. Jenaya followed up by email and phone and then STAYED PAST CLOSING so we could get our package before flying out to Australia. I am so impressed and if there were any way to give more than 5 ⭐️ I would!!! Thank you, thank you!!!!
- EEEugene EscuellaSep 1, 20221.0Management here is a joke. Many students depend on this store for their academic materials and medication. They're delivered fine by the UPS, FedEx, etc., but this store may hold the package for over a week before sending a confirmation email to pick up the package. There is absolutely no support for packages they lose either, so you better have that free Amazon refund service in your arsenal. Instead of shipping packages here, I'd suggest sending them to a nearby Amazon locker or FedEx location and handle the ride/drive there to get all your items in a timely matter as you should. Employees are nice a friendly though, and provide good services.
