  7/18/26 around 2pm. Had a few returns to make, had the QR codes ready. I'm always prepared if I have to re-package the item prior to returning. I checked before arriving that none of my 4 returns required a package to be purchased at time of return. The young female working the front wasn't welcoming, barely said hello. She asked if I had the original packing for each of my small 4 returns, I said no, then automatically asked me will I be purchasing a package for all 4 returns. I was agreeable but apprehensive. Fortunately I double checked and confirmed for each return, each QR code said no ups label no ups packaging required. If you come to this location, make sure to double check on your end to prevent from being accidentally charged for packaging.

  My favorite UPS store in San Diego. Great staff and owner that really do care. Helped me shop oversize packages without any hesitation and made sure I had properly labeled them. Haven’t used them for printing yet but friends have and they’ve told me they are extremely competitive pricing wise and their turn around time is rapid. Thanks again !

  I went in to mail a large envelope and had a frustrating experience. The employee quickly took my credit card and charged me for postage, but only afterward realized they didn’t have a printer to actually print the postage. I requested a refund and asked for proof that it had been processed. I was told the refund was issued, but they were unable to provide any confirmation or receipt. As of now, I have not received the refund. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-through was disappointing. I would appreciate this being resolved promptly.

  Special thanks to Jesse and Avery who did an amazing job and great teamwork helping when there was a kiosk issue. These two have great attitudes and efficient. They keep a well organized store w/ample parking and conveniently located near a Target and pastry shop. This location is a hidden gem because it is off to the side but a great place for your shipping needs and Amazon returns etc.,

  I literally just paid $7.15 to print ONE page and scan it back to my email. They charged me a $2 set up fee and $4.99 to scan one page. Store owner: I’ve used multiple UPS and Kinkos stores across San Diego and your prices are outrageous. Be very clear with your clients about your fees.
