    I was new at working at the self serve scan station. I believe it was Cory that jumped right in and assisted me. He was awesome and very helpful. He made my day!!! He is definitely a keeper.

    Working with Braxton makes this my favorite UPS Store in San Diego County. I save up my packages until I'm in this area of town because I know everything will be handled quickly and efficiently.

    I don’t recommend this store. I addressed packages for my grandkids. I wrote the address in very large letters on the package. I took them to this UPS. I paid over $32.00 to mail two small packages. The employee typed the information and turned the screen for me to sign. I didn’t know they had an old address from 4 years ago in their system. This was the wrong address and they shipped it there. Apparently, UPS couldn’t check to see the packages had the correct address already labeled and shipped my packages back to be picked up at their store! They want me to pay again (at a reduced price) to shop them again. I won’t ever return here!

    Quick, personable, recommend this location. Parking Lot is a little small, other than that this place is well staffed.
