  Made me pay full shipping for a Christmas card when I asked for a stamp, if they didnt sell stamps then just send me to the post office. Now in August I'm sending another package and asked them to finish padding a box for me and she just sealed it up and slapped a label on it. Don't come here if you have anything beyond a basic need. Multiple chances with no results. If the store would like to discuss my experience yesterday I have tracking numbers for the packages I dropped off. It is highly concerning that the employee sent a half empty box with just a microscope in it when I said it needed more packing materials. Maybe talk to your employees, specially the older lady that works there

  Every time I come into this location , I have an excellent experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process . Pranathi and Noe take the time to answer my questions, handle my shipments efficiently, and made everything quick and easy. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing shipping, packing, or other business services. Thank you.

  They were very sweet and patient. They picked up my boxes from my apartment to help with my move and didn’t charge extra for storage and packing tape.

  This is my favorite UPS store. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. Often I can just pop in and take care of mailing a package or a return in less than a minute. I have never had any problems with my packages here, and I completely trust them with my shipments. It is a fantastic local business that I highly recommend.
