Lunch time, both lines were long (for cashier and also Amazon returns), and instead another worker helps the cashier he decided filling baloons….for nobody! When I asked if somebody else could help the lady cashier, SHE got mad with me as was my fault asking for a better service. Go anywhere else to return your Amazon stuffs. At this location they are rude and unprofessional.

- SCScott ConstanceAug 4, 20261.0Placed an order for eight pages of black and white printing for a rush pickup. Admittedly an hour before closing but about the easiest job imaginable. I called to ask if there was any way it could get done that evening. Nope, had to be tomorrow. OK fine. Store’s usually not that busy but that’s what the order said so no problem. About fifteen minutes later the charge comes through on my credit card. I was at Home Depot so figured why not stop by and see if that means the job was done. After wading through the total vacuum of customers, making my way to the 4 staff standing around, I learned that no, charging my credit card doesn’t mean that my order is done. It was hard to hear over the din of zero customers but somehow I managed. I totally get that my order was for tomorrow but I would think a struggling bricks and mortar retailer would bend over backward to make a customer happy. Especially when it was a one click job and nothing else was going on in the store. Maybe the Amazon return handling business is really profitable!
