  I had a very disappointing experience at this Staples location. I went there last Saturday to have my passport photo taken. When I approached the photo counter, the middle-aged employee was incredibly rude and told me, “Don’t you see everybody is busy?” The problem was that nobody was helping customers at the time, so her comment made no sense. After that, she completely ignored me. I waited in the passport photo booth for about 30 minutes, and not a single employee came over to ask if I had been helped or needed assistance. No customer should be treated this way. If there was a delay, a simple acknowledgment or a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, I was ignored and treated with disrespect. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training so future customers don’t have the same experience.

  Don't bother coming here for Amazon returns if your QR code says "no box or label required." The staff apparently decides on a whim which corporate policies they feel like following, and I was told they "weren't going to waste a box" on my item. If the employees are going to arbitrarily refuse service because they don't want to do the job, Staples honestly shouldn't be offering Amazon returns at all.

  I was sent away at 737 after Claudia was done turning down another person in front of me to blow up balloons. Claudia was extremely rude. She told me she doesn’t work for Party City and it’s not a priority because she works for Staples. It’s one thing to be turned away 30 minutes before closing but to be so rude about it. What’s this the point of having Party City balloons in your store if you aren’t going to process orders for them.

  Today I went to this stapels location to buy something with pointe. She was supper agreeive to me because my phonr was being slow and was just overall mean. Then at checkout when I went to pay I forgot ly phyical walet on me but I had a picture and she refused to sell it to me because “the whole thing seemed suspicious. The workers name also was thr manger she was claudia. Dont shop at this location

  Fui a comprar una maquina para imprimir y quería llevar extra etiquetas, pero al preguntarle a una señora gordita si las etiquetas de cierta caja eran compatibles con la maquita, muy groseramente contesto pues fíjese en la caja... le dije que todo estaba en ingles y me dijo ok si si si es compatible solo para que me fuera, no regreso a esta staples.
