  Good selection of supplies for school, I was shopping for a drive held by my church. Happy to encounter many items on sale. Very happy with quality of 8 ×12 white boards I picked up, order came in quickly. I wanted to see them before donating, so chose to order from local store vs big online company. Helpful and friendly staff.

  For the past three years, Carmen at Staples Print department has been an incredible resource for our small business. She has helped us with everything from business cards and brochures to posters and A-frame signs, and every project has been handled with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.   I had a very disappointing experience at this Staples location. I went there last Saturday to have my passport photo taken. When I approached the photo counter, the middle-aged employee was incredibly rude and told me, “Don’t you see everybody is busy?” The problem was that nobody was helping customers at the time, so her comment made no sense. After that, she completely ignored me. I waited in the passport photo booth for about 30 minutes, and not a single employee came over to ask if I had been helped or needed assistance. No customer should be treated this way. If there was a delay, a simple acknowledgment or a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, I was ignored and treated with disrespect. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training so future customers don’t have the same experience.
