  ZERO STARS ALERT: Dirty store, horrible customer service. Purchased a product and the customer service. I called back store and the general manager wasn’t willing to help me. The customer service said “he’s too busy to help you.” I asked to speak to someone who can help me. The customer service agent who answered the phone said there is nobody available to help me and they were too busy to help me. 2 employees total at the door. I had to beg for customer service to help me out. I asked the customer service agent if the general manager can call me back when he has a chance, the agent on the phone said NO. This is lack of professionalism, integrity, and just RUDE. The customer service at the cashier was rude. I had to beg her for a bag and my receipt. I will return my purchase and go elsewhere after.

  While everyone can have a bad day, Claudia’s rude behavior has been a consistent pattern every time I’ve visited this store over the past year for Amazon returns and purchases. A recent incident on October 1st was especially unpleasant for both me and my fiancée. Despite us being exceptionally polite and respectful, she was incredibly hostile and made us feel entirely unwelcome. Beyond the bad attitude, she also seems to enforce her own policies inconsistently, an issue that matches complaints mentioned in other reviews here. It’s highly frustrating when the rules seem to change depending on who is assisting you. I wish Claudia the best, but customers shouldn't have to endure consistently unprofessional treatment. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue to restore what should be a simple, pleasant store experience.

  They've got everything now. It's a one-stop shop for shipping, printing, Amazon returns, tech recycling, and tons more. Nice selection of art supplies, journals and notebooks, pens, business supplies and signage. Carries office chairs you can try out. Not crowded, easy parking, right off the 8 freeway and Qualcomm Way/Texas Street.

  Im not tech savvy whatsoever and was having a hard time printing today with the self printer, instead of printing the pages I was trying to print it kept printing just the email. I ended up going to the counter where Diana was able to assist me in printing my documents. Really appreciate her taking the time to help especially since she in the middle of a rush. Thank you Diana for helping me!
