  Wonderful service! Chuy was great, he quickly helped me locate the exact product I needed, recycled my old one, and even price matched a competitor. Made my day a little easier, I’m a happy customer and will return soon thanks to Chuy!

  Chuy was exceptionally helpful in assisting me locate all three color ink cartridges for my HP printer -- and even took the time to help me download the Staples app (which I was having trouble with). Cannot say enough good about how patient and understanding and helpful Chuy was. Will always go to this location from now on!

  If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE. Enough said, but I'll give more details. I had the most frustrating experience here last week trying to ship something in which an employee would offer me no guidance and kept making me get back in line (of more than 10 people) over and over again. I probably got back in the line at least 5 times before finally giving up. I remained calm, talked kindly, because look I understand it can be frustrating to deal with a customer struggling during a rush, but I work in customer service too and I figure it out. However, even then I can say ok, bad day for Staples thats okay we all have our bad days, but now I understand why. I went there again today and again, could not figure out why the shipping label would not work and the KINDEST employee help me for 30+ minutes until I finally said, I can't keep taking up your time let me just sit with a manager and figure it out. Again, still laughing, understanding, appreciative of this employee because they simply went above and beyond, I wish I had got their name to shout them out because they deserve the biggest raise. But then I go to the manager, at this rate I've been here for almost an hour and I'm defeated, and he basically immediately tells me to just go to USPS and doesn't give me the time of day to explain the situation nor seems in the least bit interested in helping. So anyways, Jose, do better because that was a 0/10 experience.
