  I had an incredible experience at this FedEx location thanks to AJ! She went above and beyond to help me locate my package and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I’m so grateful for her outstanding customer service!

  Came in with a prepaid return (QR code + tracking number). The scanner wasn't picking up the QR code and the employee made no effort to find an alternative solution. I completed the exact same return at a different FedEx location days prior with zero issues. Her only solution was to go back to the other FedEx location - as if you don't all have the same tools. I contacted the retailer after and they confirmed - Our FedEx shipping labels are provided directly by FedEx and generated by them. They shouldn't have any issues! This is not a known issue that has been brought to our attention, but I appreciate you flagging this to us. If you have other FedEx options nearby, I'd go there instead.

  Dear FedEx Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience I had at the FedEx location in Mira Mesa. It is disheartening to report that my visit was anything but satisfactory. I had gone to the facility with the intention of returning my old phone, following the paperwork instructions I received, but was informed that I could not ship it due to battery restrictions. This was surprising to me, and I felt ill-informed about the shipping policies. Moreover, the customer service I encountered at this facility was far below my expectations. The staff seemed lacking in courtesy and did not exhibit the level of professionalism one would anticipate from a service-driven establishment. This left me feeling undervalued as a customer and quite frustrated with the situation. I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and to have their inquiries addressed thoughtfully. I hope that my feedback will lead to improvements within your Mira Mesa location regarding customer service training and communication about shipping policies. Thank you for your attention to this matter; I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future.

  Nice parking space, fast processing, staff might not come across as friendly but ig it doesn't matter as long as they move fast

  Nelson went above and beyond to help me track down a very precious package- it was stuck in customs and didn’t show in the system correctly- he made multiple phone calls to help- what an asset to Fed Ex and the neighborhood he is- thank you Nelson!
