    This review is primarily for Fedex overall although my experience with this particular ship center was equally awful. I was expecting an important package and had been tracking it closely. it was almost at my address so I went outside and was waiting on the sidewalk right by my front door. I didn't see a fedex truck, none drove by, none stopped near my house. nothing. and then I checked the tracking app again and the status had changed from almost delivered to "delivery unsuccessful. delivery attempted but could not be delivered due to the business being closed for the holidays" was confused. it wasn't a holiday and my house is a normal house on a well known residential street. I googled my situation and due to the amount posted on reddit, this is clearly a regular issue with Fedex. the app said it would attempt delivery again, the same day or the following day. in my opinion, either 1. this is a way for Fedex to give faster delivery times ie- when package is somewhat close by, it gets scanned as delivered, which would decrease delivery times substantially, or 2.if for whatever reason an item is not delivered (ie- drivers van broke down, driver lost GPS, whatever the reason) in the employee app the driver would send update "undelivered" but then the reason is a drop down menu where none of the choices are the exact reason so "business closed for the holidays" is the next closest option or the default option. either way there are too many other mail delivery services to have to deal with situations like this

    Theft is absolutely an issue at this location. I had two packages gutted and returned to me by the ship center. Lost hundreds of dollars worth of product. Claims department will do anything to defend the thieves working for FedEx even when the recipient had proof of the empty boxes delivered to them that were retuned to me as "damaged". If you're looking to get robbed, this is the location for you.

    Ticket already filed, but I want to bring important attention to this matter. There was an important delay due to my package that was sent to this location from a different office due to the presence of dry ice. An important error was that the package was clearly labeled and was ordered with dry ice. The facility could have diverted the package and notified me from the beginning. I was not informed via 1. The application tracking number, 2. A phone call, 3. Text message. With experienced staff, there needs to be a system to notify customers when a package is moved. Tracking numbers must be updated so people know where there important packages are. Due to these multiple errors, this reveals negligence and deficient protocols. Re: manager Anthony Corrao. Staff members notified me that my phone number was incorrect. I verified that my phone number was listed correctly on the order and physically written on the fedex box. Additionally, staff members did not have any record on their system of a phone call placed to me. Please work to help customers who are shipping important packages.
