It's really sad that they got so lazy, the service was way better before!

The clerk began to push on top of the box and said this would get crushed on the conveyor belt, and tried to sell me filler so I could ship the box. Since when does selling filler become the priority over providing Customer Service?

The self-service system was not working properly, so I asked several employees for help. Unfortunately, none of them were helpful. Each time I explained that I had already been waiting and was not receiving the retrieval code, I was simply told to “just wait,” with no attempt to troubleshoot the issue or offer another solution. I ended up wasting a significant amount of time trying different methods on my own. I understand that technical problems happen, but the whole point of having staff available is to assist customers when the self-service system doesn’t work. I was very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service here.
