  Employees were rude and were not knowledgeable about shipping details. Had multiple issues at the self service kiosk. I’m not one to leave bad reviews whatsoever but this place was really a nightmare.

  Very disappointing experience. I came here because I needed help printing an important document from my phone. The self-service system was not working properly, so I asked several employees for help. Unfortunately, none of them were helpful. Each time I explained that I had already been waiting and was not receiving the retrieval code, I was simply told to “just wait,” with no attempt to troubleshoot the issue or offer another solution. I ended up wasting a significant amount of time trying different methods on my own. I understand that technical problems happen, but the whole point of having staff available is to assist customers when the self-service system doesn’t work. I was very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service here.

  I came here today at around 9:00 to return a package containing a pressurized spray can with a hazardous materials label. The first employee told us this location could not accept it, but offered no further guidance and walked away while we were still trying to ask what to do next. As we were leaving, another employee—who had been assisting someone else at a different counter—came outside to find us and gave us the address and contact information for a FedEx location that could handle the shipment. He had never spoken with us and did not have to get involved, but he noticed we needed help and took the initiative. I did not get his name, but I hope the manager can identify and recognize him. His thoughtful service completely changed our impression of FedEx.

  I had a package delivered at this facility unfortunately the adress on my package was not the same as my ID because am at Del mar temporarily. Austin was being so rude and even made comments to other costumers about my situation. I had tracking number my receipt of purchase as well and Austin was still being rude and wouldn't allow me to take my package until we showed any proof I was at the adress . We showed him a parking ticket and gave it to us lastly . He has very poor costumer management. Everyone else was helpful and apologetic for Austin's rude character.
