  The machines don't work and say ask for help to the counter but they charge you for their help..

  A Spanish young front desk lady has very condescending attitude. When I asked for a poster pickup, she complete ignored me and walked away. I thought she did not hear me so I said ‘excuse me’, she stopped and said ‘I DO NOT KNOW IF YOU REALIZE I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING”. Wow, I guess this how FedEx treats their customers now.

  After a very ugly experience with usps, this FedEx office was very nice, I sell an item on ebay and they accept the label tag with the item here and I shipped very easy. Even time ago I shipped a computer to dell here for repair and they were very friendly. 5 stars of 5 to this places

  The delivery driver failed to deliver as he made no real attempt to drop off my item twice. The third time I decided I would be safe and have it held at a location nearby so I would ensure no further delay. Once arriving at this location in Downtown, I was shocked to find it was closed with no explanation although I was there 2 hours prior to their stated closing time. Now I have a package held at a location with no answer, no one to pick up a call, no sign to state why or how long they'll be closed and a shipment for my teeball team that will be very late. FEDEX I need my package asap. Everyone that delivers to my home (Prime drivers, UPS, and USPS) all manage to make deliveries on time or at least call if they have trouble with access.
