  No greeting. Was waiting but in the wrong place apparently. After three other people came in after me I was told I would have to go to the back of the line even though it was clear I had arrived first. Got a sarcastic have a nice day on the way out. Went to ups and told them how impolite they were over at fedex and he says, oh we hear that all the time. Go to ups next door where they are much friendlier and far more efficient and helpful.

  Every time I have to overnight a package at the end of the day I think maybe I should kill myself…But then I remembered that the the big homie Sean works at FedEx and he is dazzling and delightful. Working with Sean to overnight my packages gives me the strength to labor another day as a cog in the salt mines toiling to support the American dream of capitalism. Thank you for helping me increase shareholder value Sean!

  The staff at FedEx Office are so nice and friendly! I come in there twice a week and they greet me by name. These associates care about their customers! Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable!
