  Every time I come to this FedEx location, the employees are rude and act like they don’t want to do their jobs. I’m always polite, but the customer service here is consistently disappointing. During my most recent visit on July 2, the employee helping me entered incorrect information on my shipping label. When I politely corrected her, instead of listening, she got defensive and insisted that was what I had said. It wasn’t. If she had simply listened in the first place, the mistake could have been avoided. I don’t understand why she felt the need to argue with a customer instead of correcting the error professionally. I also chose to seal my own package, which I have every right to do. She seemed irritated that I wanted to close it myself, even though that’s completely my choice. Her attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional and unnecessary. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name and it’s not shown on the receipt This location is consistently a disappointing experience, and after this visit, I definitely won’t be returning. Management should really address the level of customer service here because it’s unacceptable

  Dropped off a computer monitor, and they printed the label I emailed them (free of charge). Helpful staff, the only issue was that emails allegedly take 4-5 minutes to reach them. So if you can print the label beforehand, that'd help speed things up.

  Computers were down to ship. She told us to call and she’d let us know if they’re back up. Nobody answered the phone when you call back.

  Ticket already filed, but I want to bring attention to this matter. There was an important delay due to my package that was sent to this location, the package was transferred to another facility due to the presence of dry ice. An important error was that the package was clearly labeled and was ordered with dry ice. The facility could have diverted the package and notified me from the beginning. I was not informed via 1. The application tracking, 2. A phone call, 3. Text message. With experienced staff, there needs to be a system to notify customers when a package is moved. Tracking numbers must be updated so people know where there important packages are. Due to these multiple errors, this reveals negligence and deficient protocols.
