  I had a very odd experience here at opening 8am. The worker greeted me, I said good morning back (although not loud enough apparently). The worker proceeded to ignore me and help a customer who came in afterwords. I was standing at the counter for about 3 minutes thinking the worker was finishing another task, but later learned they were ignoring me because they thought I did not greet them back (this is what they said to my face!) I replied with I’m so sorry, I speak quietly in the morning, my bad! Really uncomfortable interaction. Won’t be back!

  I came here to inquire about the status of a package I had requested to be held at this location, and the male staff member with long hair and a mustache was rude and condescending. The negative reviews about this FedEx store are valid.

  Parking is not as easy as suburban locations, but this FedEx is located centrally for Hillcrest residents. The staff is excellent, I come in with so many printing and packaging questions and they are very patient with me. Michael from this location is the best, ask for him!

  What was supposed to be a special day between Father and Son, as we intended to ship some baseball cards, became a complete show of disregard, borderline disrespect, and apathetic. We approached the counter and told the guy (Scruffy, Caucasian, brownish hair, 6'+) that we wanted help shipping and that we didn't know what we were doing. He scolds us for choosing a cell phone box and asks us to pick one while he reaches for another. And I do mean, the word scolds. He then instructs us to package it ourselves. So there we are, from the counter to the self-service station, trying to figure out how to package our set of baseball cards, which took us time. Finally, once we were finished, we submitted the package with a lady and started heading out when we heard a loud voice behind us saying we hadn't paid for the bubble wrap. The person yelling after us was the same guy who initially helped us. I apologized and told the lady this was why I initially asked for help: you can feel overwhelmed by how big the store is and the complications of finding the things you need, etc. This lady, instead of scanning the barcode there at the counter, shows me how there's a self-service station and does it for me. Continues to teach me about the various boxes and how I can do it myself next time, which, for the record, I never need to come into FEDEX. LOL. I mean, a complete nightmare. I didn’t get mad. I didn’t say anything because I was there with my son, who is a minor. Underneath, I was ready to snap. The funny part? The USPS is more helpful than this office. Is this what FEDEX Corporate training produces for customer service? Believe Google Reviews. Thanks for ruining a Father-and-Son experience, FEDEX-HILLCREST.
