- BBBittBurgerJun 30, 20261.0Now requires a physical ID just to ship anything. So after driving literally an hour to get there, the guy refuses to ship my package. Won't accept a photo "unless it's in your Apple wallet". Sorry dude that doesn't exist yet. It's not a thing. Forced to stand in the lobby for 20 minutes calling the 800 number because dude didn't even suggest that I could print a label online and not have to use an ID. Not like he works at FedEx and should've told me that or anything. 800 number rep doesn't pick up the phone despite 17 prompts. Label online, the button doesn't work to print the label. You make my life miserable. You get a 1 star review. Have a nice day.

Their fast turnaround and attention to detail transformed a stressful situation into a confident success.
- MSMelissa StepekOct 9, 20241.0Printed $70 worth of color pages to find out the page numbers had been cut off. In print preview on the machine next to the printer it had looked fine. Brought this to staff’s attention. Told me it was an error that I made in putting my page numbers too close to the margin. I asked well shouldn’t that have shown up in the print preview? Told no. They printed my document, but was told it was my fault and this is the only time they would print my document behind the counter. How is a customer supposed to know there is anything wrong with their document if print preview does not show anything is wrong? Especially when it prints completely fine elsewhere. Just frustrating.
