They made everything easy and were willing to answer questions and assist where needed. Appreciate the good customer service.

The staff was very supportive and kind and allowed me to make a few last-minute changes. They even finished printing before the assigned pick up time. I would definitely be back here to print.

- ACAubrey CApr 13, 20261.0Very bad customer service!!! This used to be my go to location for fedex for years!! But this year staff has lots of attitude except with the nice lady. It was not like this before, oh well things changed in this location. Never coming back!! Machines are mostly broken. No urgency to staff even there is a huge line, no consideration to customers even though it’s their fault because the machines are broken and they don’t know which customers to prioritize. You can tell some staff here just want to get by the day to get paid! The only nice staff was the lady, else men are mean. I hope management can make actions on this location!
