  So I walk in and the place is empty. It’s all set up like a UPS store with all the same stuff, but no customers and no staff. Then two people materialized from the back far into the store and they said come on back. The only cash register they had open was at the back of the store. A good 80 to 90 feet from the front door. Then the lady rushed me and told me to come on back quicker to the cash register so they could take care of me faster. She was snappy and edgy. So I’m thinking to myself, I wonder why their store is so empty of customers? Why is UPS so packed? In fact, why don’t they just tag onto other stores that already have retail footprints like the way UPS works with staples and other retailers. Amazon is working with the retailers who have brick and mortar footprint. But if FedEx is going to pay for the retail space, and then hire somebody who’s gonna be snappy and bossy to the customers, and not go out of their way to provide some extra service or Goodwill, then there’s no secret why UPS has the greater share of the market. Laughable attempt at providing a well-funded customer service experience. Pitiful.

  Called to ask a quick question to see if they have an item in stock. They hung up on me twice while on hold calling. Drove up there and not a single person in the store, just Syrus who proceeded to yell at me that the boxes were more important than a customer with a question. He was rude and unhelpful. Somebody in charge needs to educate their staff.

  It's hard to get any sort of service, and then rate it positively when the store isn't even open during the posted hours. And then waiting for more than ten minutes is pretty frustrating too. I had to leave shortly after, so who knows when staff finally showed up.
