I am a very respectful guest and have done work at several other FedEx locations without a single issue. The workstations here were completely empty and the store wasn't busy at all, so I wasn't taking space from anyone. FedEx advertisements specifically say these are workstations and welcome people to come work here, but the staff at this specific location treated me like I shouldn't be there. Very poor customer service compared to other friendly branches.

This past Saturday, Gary and several other gentleman were there, and they were attentive, personable, and highly professional. I left the store thinking about how I miss when service like this was more common. At 8 months pregnant, I really needed someone to help me with the physical and mental aspects of an important print job. Gary took care of me and on the first try, even after getting limited information from me, he completed this job to perfection. I returned several days later to work on a very special project, and once again, Gary assisted me and the prints were fantastic. Although Gary has been the primary one to help me during each of my visits, all of the staff yesterday were very patient and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this store!
