  Wonderful Service from Sofia and Michael I had a wonderful experience with DHL Express today, especially thanks to Sofia and Michael. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sending my important documents to overseas very easy and stress-free. Their friendly attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Sofia and Michael, for making my experience so pleasant! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had a great experience with Brent. He was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend DHL Carmel Mountain for their wonderful service.

  I drove 25 minutes and arrived at 5:56. They close at 6:00 but the lights are off and everything is locked up. Update your business hours or stay open according to your listed hours.

  The only person there was not trained properly and did not know what he was doing. Just another reason why DHL is the worst in the business. Never again.

  Fantastic service! I needed to send important documents from U.S. to Canada. I have never used DHL before, but after a frustrating attempt with another carrier, I called the local DHL (as suggested to me by Gemini) and Brent answered the phone. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I came into the DHL office a couple of hours later and Brent was so helpful! He was courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. From start to finish, this was the very best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time!!
