    This company I haven't still had went there in person yet all I say is while they were on shipping a box to my address on Thursday April 30th barely two days I never got a notice nor had they said and notified or didn't had not never heard the doorbell ring. So wrong of them. Lost my box once again being of the same shipping company store.

    Don’t use DHL. I shipped some legal documents to the Philippines in late JAN of this year. 3 weeks later still no delivery. After checking the tracking on the waybill number it said it was still saw still in San Diego. After going to the same place I shipped it from I was told it was cross labelled and they determined it was in Serbia. Was then told to call an 800 number for them to get the package back. After waiting a week I called back and was told they (the local office in Serbia) couldn’t get the package back. After asking for a refund, I was told to go online and fill out a form. There’s no form and when you put in the waybill number it tells you to call the 800 number that I had called before. Wasted a lot of time getting the apostile for the legal documents again then shipping them again but with FedEx. Had to pay more but more reliable. Am out of not only the $ for the apostile, shipping x2 but also the months wasted having to go through all this. If I could sue for incompetence I would. Don’t use DHL, there are more reliable shippers out there.
