  MOODY was absolutely amazing, I have received the best customer service ever at 101 S Rainbow location on 07/07/2026 even though it was just 1/2 hour before closing ( 5:30 pm ) and I had to ship two extra large almost 90 pounds packages to Europe I really appreciated outstanding customer service and thank you so so so much for all your help Moody, I really appreciate it greatly.   Patrick was amazing. Helped me with a complicated Chinese package. Helped me correct the Chinese characters and I never felt rushed. Very positive and helpful. Made changes quickly and no complaints.
