- AMAnelene MellinJan 2, 20261.0Constance Shepard and many of their chat agents were distasteful. It’s disorganized. Slow. And I had the experience of feeling like I wasn’t being genuinely helped and wasting my time. I am very displeased. There was one good agent who actually cared to hear me out but I forgot his name, shoutout to the man who understood Santa and the importance of this package! Long story short, it was a disaster and I will make sure I do whatever I can to not go through them again. Happy holidays!

- IPIan PJan 11, 20221.0I totally agree with the first two reviews for i am experiencing the same exact situation. Expected delivery was on January 2 got moved to January 11 been calling there customer service number daily. Back and forth they emailed, left a voicemail, “we will get back to you” etc etc. until now my TV isn’t delivered took the day off from work since today was the original delivery date. Called the san diego office and all of a sudden my TV is in the LA branch when my tracker says its been delivered to the San Diego terminal on January 3.
