- JMJoe McGoldrickJun 22, 20261.0I showed up at 9 o’clock when they first opened up. The young gentleman behind the counter said that he could reproduce my photograph. I took it out of the frame and handed him to get it reproduced. Then he advises me he can’t do it until the next day. I advised him I needed it by the end of the day for I’m leaving first thing in the morning. He basically said,” well can’t help you”. It would’ve taken him 15 minutes to do it, but he refused to help me. Very unaccommodating and very disappointing.

There was no basic customer service, no greeting, no smile, no effort to help, just a rude attitude throughout the interaction. Definitely not the level of professionalism or courtesy customers should expect. would not recommend this location.
