As soon as I walked in the door and was ready to get in line, Chris left what he was doing and came out from behind the counter to greet me and ask if I needed any assistance. I showed him my pre-labeled package and he was more than happy to take it from me & print a receipt for me. The entire transaction took no more than a minute. EVERY business should have such friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, prompt and attentive customer service. Thanks Again, Chris.
- JMJoe McGoldrickJun 22, 20261.0I showed up at 9 o’clock when they first opened up. The young gentleman behind the counter said that he could reproduce my photograph. I took it out of the frame and handed him to get it reproduced. Then he advises me he can’t do it until the next day. I advised him I needed it by the end of the day for I’m leaving first thing in the morning. He basically said,” well can’t help you”. It would’ve taken him 15 minutes to do it, but he refused to help me. Very unaccommodating and very disappointing.
