The owners were completely rude and unhelpful to my daughter, I was on the phone with her while she was there and wanted to ask them a couple questions to help rectify a situation we had on how to get a package and they wouldn’t talk to me and kept screaming at my daughter and walking away from her. (I should add that my daughter was not arguing she was talking normally trying to ask them different options). I then tried to call the store several times to try and figure out how to get our package and no one will answer the phone. I have also left two messages and they will not call me back.

I came to pick up a package and since I'm currently living in an Airbnb and my address did not match my ID (because I'm living in an Airbnb) she would not deliver the package for me. She would not speak to anyone on the phone for me, she would not show us or tell us how to receive the package. She would not even tell me how to file a complaint. Horrible customer service. Horrible people who do not care how to help. She actually told me she has other customers to help and that she would no longer be helping me. She also said she has no supervisor because she is the manager and refused to give me anyone’s number to further discuss this issue with.
