- RGRubi GarciaJun 5, 20261.0Managers please add a 2nd part time person from 2:30-5pm its the busiest hours and there is only 1 nice lady window open. Or add self kiosk a corporate letter has been sent because the wait time its too much and we need to look for more help for that nice lady working by herself.
- DSDavid SMay 30, 20261.0I paid for a PO Box at this location to receive my online purchases but kept having my mail sent back to sender because although the box number was correct, the sender used my online username instead of my given name, which I had no control over. I was told somebody there is super uppity about I's dotted and T's crossed and if the recipient name doesn't match the box number exactly as the name spelled on file that it gets sent back. Do not get a box here if you do business online. What a waste of time and money. I never had this problem at the Colton office.
