  Original delivery schedule was Friday, Oct 2nd and today Saturday, Oct 3rd and yet parcel bouncing around.. Best way to waste time and money!

  Exceptionally bad service. Management and workers both most likely complicit. If you left this post office feeling defeated or disrespected you wont be the "First or the last" as insinuated by their own workers. The establishment is filled with enablement and carelessness coming from some of the workers (red haired), when they are supposed to help us as customers. Whatever the case is if you left with the dissatisfaction, we are able to do something about it though, report at https://emailus.usps.com/s/personnel-inquiry. This is totally outrageous and has gone on for far too long

  Front desk blk lady i believe her name is Audriana. I paid for labels, expecting a service, and she sent me to the self serve kiosk when the store isn’t even busy. Now a days you pay for something and they still expect you to do the work yourself. Her exact words “ah its to many, use the kiosk” like what? Its your job to scan the packages. Is there anyone reading these reviews? Im not the only one complaining.

  I'm going to give my overall experience with this location a 3 star rating. That's only because the customer service is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. Now listen, I know we all have bad days. But I've been there quite a few times and it's safe to assume 80% of the time, you're going to see faces who look like they don't want to be there and they probably don't want to see your face, no less interact with you 😂 I only laugh because it is what it is. They still need their jobs to make a living. But I just want to hug the misery out of them. Regardless, I'll still continue to go there. Just giving the public a heads up before you get there. Brace yourself, it's nothing personal and be kind regardless of the lack of friendly customer service. If you're seeking upbeat customer service, go to In N Out or Starbucks or something. I'm just saying. 😊

  I arrived at the counter at 5:10pm with a package to send to Spain. The clerk informed me that they do not process international packages after 5 PM. She then explained that it’s because a customs form has to be done and the box has to be taped up. I said “really? It’s only 10 after five. You don’t think we have time?” She again said “we don’t process international packages after five.” I offered to step out a line and get everything ready and then get back in line so that she could continue to help other customers. She again said that they don’t process international packages after five. As I walked away, I said “this is why people hate the post office “she then proceeded to stand up at her counter and shout at me all the way out the door, still shouting as I left the building. I checked multiple online resources to see if this was in fact, some sort of policy at this post office, as my general experience with most businesses is that if they offer a service and they don’t specify limited hours, that service is available during business hours. Reading reviews here on Google, I suspect that the two old ladies who are mentioned repeatedly are probably the same people that I encountered today. Since I am skeptical that anyone with authority will read this or care, my intention is to alert other people that if you have an international mail out at this location, you will need to get there before five or they will not do it, even if it is only a few minutes after 5 PM. This appears to be a made up rule that these counter employees created to ensure that they get to leave on time and don’t have to work too hard as opposed to an actual policy
