  At around 6:30pm this two young ladies were a great help, they assisted me and answer all my questions i had. They have great customer service and if I ever have to drop anything off again for a UPS, I will come back to this location and I wanted to thank the two young ladies that helped me out today They were great help. Sorry that i left quick buts thats because my hip couldn't take anymore walking.

  This UPS always gets so packed, but Sol and Jessica are always so patient and helpful! I really appreciate their customer service.

  Today I was greeted by both people at the counter. I was helped immediately and was in and out in less than 2 minutes. I have been using this UPS for many years. This is my favorite office. They are always quick and efficient even at the busiest times. I once had a package to send to my sister who had been very ill and not eating. Myself and my two other siblings sent her something special. It was her favorite foods from when we were kids. The zipcode that I had, had been changed recently. The woman at the counter checked it twice and made sure it was on my shipping label. It got to my sister before Christmas and she ate some that day and began to recover. I can’t thank them enough.

  Lizette and Daniella were so helpful and patient throughout my making process. They were able to help me with mailing some envelopes - addressing them , and even with some returns. Perfect employees. Thank you.
