  Ricky was extremely helpful in helping me get a notarized document to New Hampshire by Monday. He also was able scan and email the document to the escrow officer. Highly recommend this location if you have similar needs.

  0/10 overcharging 10 times for a label print charge there is a sign for 39 cents for black and white printout and charged me $3.68 for a label printout saying service charge it’s completely unprofessional and ditching customers

  I had the best experience today at UPS for the first time ever I really appreciate it how Danielle help me with the app and at the same time showed me how to operate the app. I appreciate her. She is a five star no six stars no 10 stars.✌🏽

  I visited this UPS Store on September 17, 2026, at approximately 5:45 PM, and had such a wonderful experience thanks to Sol. I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but she provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at a UPS Store. She patiently walked me through every step of shipping my package, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. She was kind, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me, I also want to recognize the other ladies working during that shift. They were all very pleasant and friendly, and I noticed how helpful and welcoming they were with the other customers while I was being assisted. The entire team created such a positive and comfortable environment.Sol and the rest of the staff truly deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service!
