The owner, Joseph Lee, was very friendly and professional and greeted us the minute we opened the door. The booklet was produced within 2 days and was more than we expected, with clear pictures and a price which fit our budget. Joseph & his team at Minuteman responded to my email the next morning and assisted me and my mom to make sure our printing needs were met. His prices were amazing, and I asked Is this really the price? I have dealt with print companies via email and chat (which is NOT customer service) and, in some cases, received the product after the fact and did not receive my print items at all. Joseph and Abraham were both friendly, easy to work with and provided me with a fast turnaround time for my print jobs. I previously went to Staples and was disappointed with how poor the color quality was and the paper they used was subpar. Minuteman provided me with high quality, glossy paper that is durable and perfect for my flyer needs. I will definitely be using them for my print job needs and you should too. Reasonably priced, quick and great quality.
