- PSpra shtMay 20, 20261.0At the front desk those ladies are very rude! Serves good to white customers but to colored customers they are super rude ! Avoid this post office until they learn to be professional towards the customers! Old lady by passport departments were extremely negative attitude! I would prefer Monterey post office even though that is 25 miles away from my area sadly! Very disappointed! Zero or 👎🏽 no star for this so called gov postal service!
- AGAlondra GarciaMar 9, 20261.0Rude customer service, was there for a passport renewal for my son. The first lady was understandable, I live like 3mins away i forgot my son birth certificate. My appointment was at 2:45 pm was there at 2:35. My husband went for the birth certificate came around 2:50 because of traffic the second lady told me rudely that my appointment was canceled it told her the guy behind me can go ahead and she told me no to make a new appointment.
