All I want is my package delivered to my locked mailbox and that can't seem to be possible with them. Package says delivered to mailbox, definitely not there. Dealing with this issue for several hours and getting nowhere. Too bad we are stuck with terrible customer service. In this case I'd rather deal with robots, they are nicer.
