- ACanna cullenJun 24, 20265.0My mom elderly lady who does not speak English well, had a difficult situation with the package that was return back to her not reaching the destination. While Napa Trancas str post office turned her down , the wonderful team at St. Helena post office was able to help to resend the package. Special thank you to Mr. Kevin and Mr. Ed !

I call them, they tell me "we don't accept FedEx shipping labels", and then my package is nowhere to be found in the post office... I've sent over 10 packages exactly like this before, and now this happens out of no where. Save the hassle.
