- MCMike CoSep 24, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this USPS location. The employee assisting me was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for clarification about the available options, she refused to explain and repeatedly made dismissive and offensive remarks. Instead of receiving assistance, I was made to feel uncomfortable and intimidated. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are simply asking for help understanding a process. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated at this location.

They were simply asking for guidance and she was extremely rude to them. The kid seemed like he wanted to cry and the mom was an older lady who also seemed very uncomfortable. Afterwards, it was my turn and she also raised her voice to tell me I needed to purchase tape if I wanted to ship my order. Based on the other reviews I don’t understand who she still works there. I almost wish I would’ve recorded.
