- AAAntAug 1, 20261.0Lala was unprofessional. I brought in multiple packages that said FRAGILE and she proceeded to throw every single one of them as well as drop one of them.

One of the employees a Black woman was very disrespectful she was watching movie and eating during work hours instead of helping customers I felt the service was unprofessional, and the staff's attitude made the experience frustrating I hope management addresses these issues to improve customer service.
- IHIovanna HernandezJul 28, 20261.0I rarely feel the need to leave bad reviews but the lady at the front was SCREAMING at a shy teenager and his mom. They were simply asking for guidance and she was extremely rude to them. The kid seemed like he wanted to cry and the mom was an older lady who also seemed very uncomfortable. Afterwards, it was my turn and she also raised her voice to tell me I needed to purchase tape if I wanted to ship my order. Based on the other reviews I don’t understand who she still works there. I almost wish I would’ve recorded.
