Waited one hour twice each time to pick up my mail due to cluster mail boxes broken into. Hopefully they find a resolution because the cluster mailboxes suck. And it sucks to wait an hour at the post office to pick up my mail.

They are always so helpful here whenever I’ve needed to post something. Lines can get long on business days, but I’ve never had an issue.

Feels like they be doing their best not to assist you, and to keep you waiting.
Idk why is that, as if they were so busy while they’re just laughing and all doing nothing.

Went there THREE times to try to get fingerprints. Waited 40 minutes and eventually left. The staff never showed up and clerks kept saying she will be here soon. Supervisor is impatient. Everyone moves so slowly and they don’t care that they’re wasting everyone’s time.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with USPS Post Office.
I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get help, only to be told that my package which has been sitting at this location for over a month was supposedly “returned to sender.” The problem is, there have been zero updates or tracking changes reflecting that. No accountability, no clear answers.
Customer service is the only reason this isn’t a zero-star review. The woman at the front was the only person who showed any effort to assist. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff came off as unhelpful, dismissive, and frankly incompetent. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they made it seem like I was the problem when this is literally their responsibility.
Lack of communication, lack of urgency, and a complete disregard for customers’ time and property. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if possible.
