I have been waiting over a week for a important letter its had been received by the postal office but they have not sent it its been over a week, please stay away there service is so bad a while I ordered a package and it couldn't be delivered due to animal issue I dont have any pets neither do my neighbors so slow and and rude, would avoid at all cost
- EEEvanAug 26, 20261.0The worst post office I’ve ever encountered. Picking up held mail takes over an hour. EVERY SINGLE TIME. There’s only one person back there who loves to just disappear while people patiently wait for their mail. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, and if they go on a break no one covers them while they are gone. Just horribly organized. Worse, the master key for our mailbox has been broken for 35 days. USPS refused to take responsibility for such until recently and they are taking their sweet time fixing it. Incompetence and negligence isn’t an excuse, but that’s how this location operates
- MDMarie DavisAug 24, 20261.0Today my husband and I, along with probably 11 to 12 other people were waiting for our addresses to be called from the pick up window for over 2 hours!! After the guy at the shipping desk kept telling us he didnt know anything or anyone, and his female companion standing at the far end started laughing at us! We all started to get very pissed off! The lady went to see what the issue was, only to find out...the guy from the pick up window went HOME! Didn't say anything word to any of us, just left us all there waiting for over 2 hours!!!!! I will be going back tomorrow to speak with a supervisor.
