- DSDonna SMay 22, 20265.0The 48th & J post office may be small with a small parking lot but the customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I drive out of my way to this location.
- TATina AllieJan 29, 20241.0What has happened to this post office? It's 1:30 and they have a long line. I left came back lady working there who u can tell needs to retire. She's slow as heck and needs to g. No zence of trying to get her line down slower than ever and taking her time. Is she nice?. Yes she is but slow as heck. If ur going to be the only person working and u have a long line cut the talking out and hurry up. Than a person came from the back did nothing. No ones going to complain vecause she's been there forever and she's African American so u can't say a thing or it will be a rare issue. If it was a white lady working someone would complain or a white man no problem. I don't know what has happened to this post office but for east sac it has went down to a zero. What a shame that they can't get anyone else to come help or have her moved to the back. If u can't hurry up its time to retire or move over.

In that 3 years, they have lost my mails dozens of times, specially when I get big packages. The guy in the counter blames me for not renting a bigger box. BEWARE folks, do not rent box here.
