  We had $900 Worth of tattoo equipment, broken into and stolen from the Sacramento Alhambra blvd. distribution facility. When the floor manager was informed that we could track the actual time of the theft due to the fact that we had evidence it had been taken at an exact place in the center at a certain time,(We had time stamps of its arrival at the facility, and in processing, between then and being put in our Delivery person’s bag it was torn into and stole stolen) we were greeted with complete indifference and told to file a report of missing merchandise. Our package, A torn open empty box at that point, was simply labeled “damaged“ and delivered to our shop. Additionally, I currently have an Important package containing very valuable, irreplaceable items, which according to tracking, has been sitting there for 3 Days, with no reports of being out for delivery, and is apparently “lost“. No one is willing to help resolve this matter or find the package. I am fairly certain it has also been torn into and stolen, even though it was given insurance and a signature verification… Do not trust this facility, the USPS Apparently makes a policy of employing completely untrustworthy Steves on a regular basis, I am very far from the only individual regularly having dealt with these issues

  I went to this post office to do the right thing and turn in a wallet I had found so it could be returned to its owner. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful or friendly, and the lady who helped me at the time had the worst attitude. Instead of assisting with the situation, she made the process frustrating. What made it worse was that I was told I had to pay to mail the wallet back to the person it belonged to. I was simply trying to help someone get their lost wallet back, and I expected better service and guidance from the post office. Overall, it was a very poor experience, especially considering I was there for an honest and helpful reason. I hope they improve their customer service and how they handle situations like this in the future. If I could would give them no stars.
