    I visited this USPS location to ship a small package and had a frustrating experience overall. The clerk initially told me I needed to pay around $55 for the shipment and sounded very certain about it. However, his coworker overheard the conversation and corrected him, explaining that the USPS First Class/Priority option for small packages in the ~$10–$22 range was acceptable instead. There were also multiple errors when entering my address information to create shipping label. It took about four attempts before everything was finally correct. What made the interaction more frustrating was that the clerk partially blamed my handwriting, even though I wrote everything clearly in capital letters. In fact, some words were entered correctly on earlier attempts but incorrectly on later ones, while different mistakes appeared in other fields. That made it clear the issue was not my handwriting, but repeated data-entry errors during the transaction. I remained polite and cooperative throughout the interaction, so it was disappointing that there was no acknowledgment or simple apology for the inconvenience after the repeated errors and confusion. A brief “sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience” would have gone a long way. Overall, the issue was eventually resolved, but the experience lacked accuracy, communication, and professionalism. 3 stars.

    I was just refused service to mail a small package to Canada. I arrived around 4:40 PM, and I stood in line for twenty minutes, but the line did not move. I looked around for a customs form near the self-service area, but couldn’t find any. The two postal clerks were very slowly helping two customers. The rest of us were just standing around waiting, but when I finally got close to the front of the line, the clerk said it was too late to help me. She handed me a customs form and said I would have to come back tomorrow. I guess she just didn’t care that I had stood in line for so long or that it wasn’t my fault that the forms were not made available.

    People cut the line and despite speaking up the sales associate says to talk to management. There is over 15 people here and one person working while 2 other people are just staring at binders avoiding people. I myself am coming a second time to deal with this location about my refund after being told that they don’t do it at this location. I spoke to customer service online and they emailed me proof that is not true and the location needs to do it. This location needs to be audited and have these issues corrected. There is a reason why the reviews are below 3 stars.
