I assume that USPS would drop off to UPS or send back to me, but waited for few weeks nothing happened. I stopped by asking them what they do with the package and all they said was we drop them off but not sure if the guys was lying or not. He didn't bother look up what UPS they send to. The package was supposed to send to Samsung. Address attached. Now have to file for police report and file as stolen items. It been over a month now and the package no where to be found.
- HTH TranJul 3, 20261.0A black lady was very passive aggressive and condescending towards Asian customers. She purposely worked slower although there was a massive line of customers waiting to be helped. She even liked to announce "man that took long. I had to use the other computer." Also a younger Hispanic or Indian male adult with glasses charged me for the wrong service that just happened to be more expensive than the service I asked for and I could not reverse the service since some time had passed causing me a setback. When I returned to USPS to address the mistake no help was provided and was told to deal with. No integrity with these employees here. They will take advantage of you if you are not aware of the nuances to their services. I would not trust USPS with any important documents or items if you need it to be shipped. Maybe try UPS or FedEx.
