The clerk name KND is very rude and has no grace or empathy for customers. She should not be working the front counter at all. I called and spoke with a manager regarding my late payment on my box that I have had for over 40 years. Upon going into the office to make a payment the same day I called, she informed me that all of my mail was returned because she was not informed of my call that morning. The supervisor on site only response was I am sorry it was a communication issue. This is not customer service or consolation after I informed her of KND being rude and my mail being returned. They need to do an entire reorganization within this post office. Since Tim, my aunt B and Tony are no longer working there the customer service has went downhill. No one answers the phone until you call at least 5 or more times and then that is a miracle.
My mother before her passing and I have been loyal customers to this location for over 40 years and this is how they treat there loyal customers and this also does not negate the incorrect mail being placed in my box and prior mail being returned with no reasoning.
