- SVSunday VenomAug 11, 20261.0Rude help. I was the first one to be helped on August 11 2029 . Wasn’t greeted. He said next in line. Since i was the first it lets me know he is in robot mode and this is how he treats people normally. I needed something sent certified not knowing i had to write the address on the certified paper myself. He walks away without giving me a pen so i had to leave the line to look for a pen. He rolled his eyes multiple times as i was writing everything. I don’t use the post office at all and was doing it as a favor for someone. He needs to treat people better and not as if everyone who uses the services knows what they’re doing. As i was writing the address in the slip he also snatched the envelope away from me to weigh it. I felt rushed. It was a horrible experience after waiting in line for them to open up late.

Many of the staff members come across as rude, impatient, and disrespectful when speaking to customers. A little kindness and professionalism would make a big difference. There is also one employee—a brown man with a long beard—who has been especially rude during my visits. The way he speaks to customers is unprofessional and makes the experience unpleasant. I understand that postal employees can be busy, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.
