The lobby was clean and the instructions for shipping services were easy to understand. The employee at the counter answered my question about delivery time and helped me select the right option. I was in and out in about ten minutes.

He insisted on helping another customer and looked at me and said, "you have to wait at the retail line!" After i've waited 10 minutes, I was stating that, "well you've helped the previous customer, how come I cant receive my package." And said something under his breath, i just walked out. Because the line was very busy and I've waited long enough. I'm usually a very patient and kind person because due to them being under staff, I thoroughly understand. But it was just obvious he didnt want to help me out and he was in that section outside the retail door. He just made me feel a bit bad because he saw me.
