- JCJohn R CamposMay 8, 20262.0I needed to do a change of address and couldn't do it online because my old address was a completely new address and wasn't recognized by USPS. I received mail but they didn't recognize the address. Like all of our government agencies these days. Place was empty yet had to wait for what seemed the only employee working. She handed me the change of address form and I mentioned I would fill it out there. She made the comment they don't process them there. I asked but you do accept the form? She said of course. Then when I came back to the counter again having to wait. She asked for my ID and verified my information. So she does start the process there. I just felt she really wasn't into helping me or any customer. More entertained in the back breaking down boxes. Sad.

No one was at the counter when I entered and I had to wait for awhile after I rang the bell. I miss the J street location. Avoid this location if possible. Broadway post office is a good alternative.
- SISUDCC IVNov 28, 20253.0I never thought I would write a GOOD REVIEW about a USOS facility (especially after what I experienced in Walnut Creek!). This place was attentive to finding my General Delivery mail. and is actually on the “light side” of customers (NONE were there when I was!). Its major drawback is it is NOT open on Saturdays, and has a VERY LATE opening time (10:00 AM). Not sure why this is the case.
