- AVArtur Vardanian4 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with Anela on September 30, 2026, at approximately 6:11 PM. She seemed more interested in selling me a box and packing services than in helping me. After I explained that I would pack the item myself, she stopped assisting me midway through and walked away without any explanation. I waited another 5–10 minutes, expecting her to return and finish helping me. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. I came in for assistance, but instead felt pressured to purchase additional services. I would have appreciated respectful service and clear communication.
